What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship all of our Individual Items with USPS First Class and Priority Mail. In some cases on larger orders we do ship UPS.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, We can ship internationally for an additional cost. Shipping Rates vary.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Depending on the time of year (Holidays in Particular) we usually ship out your order within 1-2 days. During the holiday season orders can take a bit longer due to shear volume of orders.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Paypal which includes all major Credit cards. In some cases other arrangements can be made.

Is Buying from your website Safe?

Yes, Its very safe and we use PayPal to authenticate payments. No credit card information etc is saved by us at HiddenHandGraphics.com. We do NOT share any information or sell your information (emails, name etc) to any third party vendors or anyone for that mater.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Simply select an item from our online shop. Choose the quantity and size (OZ) and click on the checkout button. Once you confirm that your shopping cart is correct it will send you to PayPal for a secure payment. Once completed it will inform us your order was placed and we will begin to work on it and ship it out ASAP.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If the order is already in submitted please contact us. We will respond usually within 24 hrs but in most cases an hour or two tops.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, You do no need an account to checkout however its better to create an account so that you can follow the tracking of your package directly from our website.

How Do I Track My Order?

We will email you a confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. You can also visit our website and track it directly from here.

How Can I Return a Product?

If an item arrives broken or not as described from a flaw from shipping we will require a picture as proof so that we can either refund your money or work other arrangements out such as a replacement etc.
